Chartered Surveyors are trained in a wide range of services. Some additional services which may be of assistance are listed below:-

Defects analysis, to establish the cause or nature of defects in buildings, such as damp, cracks, decay etc.
Reports on cracking or structural movement for the initial stages of a buildings insurance claim, or in the process of purchasing a property.
Specific defects reports, where a Chartered Building Surveyor's opinion has been asked for, for example in a Mortgage Valuation report.
Reports upon the quality of building works, where a dispute arises between a client and builder.
